Return Process

  Log into your K PLACE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
